S. Jayanthi

S. Jayanthi is a Professor and Head of the Department of Information Technology, Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India. She received a Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore, in 2017 and Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University in 2009. She has 17 years of teaching experience. Her research interests include Data Mining, Neural Networks and Big Data analytics. So far she has published 3 patents and 47 research papers in various national, International conferences and journals. She has delivered invited talks in various national and international conferences and seminars. She has served as an editorial board member and reviewer committee member for many international journals. She has received a Best Faculty Award from Nehru Group of Institutions, Coimbatore in the year 2019. She has been an active member in many professional bodies, such as, IEEE, MISSE, MISTE, etc.
