Ruth Sabina Francis , Lecturer & Programme Director, School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events, Taylor’s University, has 20 years of both Industry and teaching experience. She is well known in the hospitality Industry for her expertise in Rooms Division Management. She was awarded as the Young Women Achiever in the field of Hospitality for her teaching and learning practices for the year 2016 by the centre for women empowerment in India. As a PSMBB Certified Trainer (TTT) she has conducted various training programmes for the Hospitality Industry personnel in Malaysia. Being in the Industry for seven years she has gained a lot of exposure towards sustained quality management. During her stint as Housekeeper in Chennai she has trained many staff in the area of housekeeping. Her research expertise includes areas such as Human Resources, Emotional intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour in the Hospitality field.
