Rui Robalo holds a PhD in Business Sciences by Faculty of Economics, University of Porto (Portugal). He is Associate Professor of the School of Management and Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém (Portugal). His teaching covers various accounting topics, in different cycles of studies. He has published research in relevant accounting journals and books.
