Rosemary Francsis

Rosemary Francsis has been an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point since 2011. She primarily teaches pre-service and in-service educators in graduate and undergraduate special education courses in the School of Education. Prior to working at UWSP, Rosemary was a special education teacher in Illinois and Wisconsin for 34 years.
