Roseline Florence Gomes

Roseline Florence Gomes is a Ph.D. scholar of Psychology at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and is working as the HOD of Psychology at Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bengaluru. She is pursuing her research in understanding the experimental outcomes of community and positive psychology interventions. She is instrumental in working towards developing pedagogical models that are cost-effective in accommodating all kinds of learners. Wellness in education is one priority that needs to be uplifted by working toward the well-being of staff, students, and institutions. She believes in outcome-based learning and teaching and thus partners with community stakeholders by accommodating them into her classrooms to further empower experiential learning, embedding of innovative strategies, social-emotional learning, employability of the needy, and broadening research perspectives of students.
