Rosa Isabel Rodrigues

Rosa Rodrigues has a PhD in Management, specialty in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from ISCTE-IUL. She obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Lusíada University of Lisbon where he also graduated in Psychology. She has a Postgraduate Degree in Data Analysis in Social Sciences carried out at ISCTE-IUL. She is a professor at the Instituto Superior de Gestão where he teaches the curricular units of Scientific Research Methodologies, Organizational Psychosociology, Skills Development and Management (1st cycle), Performance Management and Assessment and Research Seminar (2nd cycle) and Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior in training courses for intermediate and senior management positions in Public Administration (FORGEP and CAGEP).
