Rosa Elena Durán González

Rosa Elena Durán González completed her Bachelor's Degree in Education with emphasis in school management at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, her Specialization in Teaching and her Master's Degree in Educational Sciences at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, being a CONACyT scholarship holder. In June 2009, she concluded her Doctorate studies in Educational Sciences at the Universidad Autónoma de Estado de Hidalgo. She has teaching and management experience in basic education. She has participated in refresher courses for elementary school teachers in School Supervision 161 and Sector 13 of Pachuca Hgo. She has been a reader of Master's thesis at UPN and has presented papers in national and international congresses with the theme of Curriculum and Gender. Since her master's studies, she collaborated in the SEP SEByN CONACyT project “Equitable classrooms, a social and cultural construction”, as well as in the project “Evaluation of the socioeconomic and cultural situation of indigenous migrant children in the city of Pachuca, Hidalgo”. She contributed in the elaboration of the Methodological Guide of the Integral Curricular Redesign and has advised educational programs of redesign and new offerings in the Educational Reform of the UAEH. She collaborated with a team of UAEH researchers in the external evaluation of PRONIM (Migrant Children's Program) at the national level. She has participated in several research projects, in courses of improvement and has several publications.
