Remedios López-Liria

Remedios López Liria has a diploma in Physiotherapy (UGR, 1998). She received the Award for the Best Academic Record for her grade in psychology. She received a Ph.D. in Physiotherapy from the University of Almeria (UAL) in 2009. She was awarded an extraordinary doctorate award in health for her work from 2008 to 2009. Since 2006, she has worked as a professor in the Department of Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Medicine. López received a mention for teaching excellence in the Docentia Program at UAL in 2013 and 2018. She is a director in the research group HUM-498: “Psychological Intervention in Development, Education and Guidance.” She has conducted multiple teaching innovation projects and European projects as a principal researcher. She focuses on disability, physiotherapy, education, and telerehabilitation.
