Rejaul Karim

Rejaul Karim is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Banking in the Department of Business Administration at Varendra University, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He received his PhD in finance from the Institute of Bangladesh Studies, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He completed the Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the Pabna University of Science and Technology, Pabna, Bangladesh with outstanding performance. Dr. Karim has experience in teaching and research for about a decade in undergrad and Master’s level tertiary business education. He has a great passion for teaching and research in finance and economics. His research focused on financial performance, financial structure, circular economy, and sustainable finance with other contemporary issues in finance and economics. Dr. Karim is continuously contributing through his research in his field and publishing several papers in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals, including conference proceedings. Dr. Karim founded and headed BusinessXcel Lab, a center for quantitative business research, a voluntary organization that aims to facilitate collaboration among domestic and international undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students.
