Reetika Thakur

Reetika Thakur is currently working as an Assistant Professor (NET qualified) in the School of Management and Commerce at A.P.G. Shimla University, Shimla (H.P.). She has completed her Ph.D (Management, got ICSSR fellowship) and MBA (HR and Finance) from Himachal Pradesh University Business School, H.P. University, Shimla (H.P.). The author has published many research papers in renowned journals. She has organized and attended many national and international conferences, FDPs, seminars and workshops. Her areas of academic and research interest are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Management and Research Methodology.
