Rashmi Ranjan Panigrahi (PhD), MBA, (ORCID ID- 0000-0002-2199-293X) is working as an Assistant Professor at GITAM School of Business, GITAM, deemed to be University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Before joining GITAM, he was working as Research Associate, at IBCS, SOA-DU, he had also served in the position of Asst. Professor cum Principal-in-charge of RCST&M college under (Rajdhani Group of Institution) Mancheswar Railway Colony, Bhubaneswar, affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He is well known as a Researcher/Educator cum Administrator in Odisha, India. He has 12 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He teaches finance, inventory management, SCM, RM and core papers for master’s degree students, such as financial management and statistics for managers,. As of now, I have published 24 articles in Scopus, WOS Index, UGC Care listed Journals, ABDC Category Journal, and 4 book chapters in Springer Nature publication house, CRS Press, IGI Global, and Routledge of Taylor & Francis publication house. I had received a short-term project approval titled as “Adoption of Digitalization among Indian MSMEs Impacting the Firm Performance – An Empirical Study of select areas of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha” from Indian Council of Social Science Research (hereinafter referred to as Council), Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi-110067 vide letter No. ICSSR-CRP-2023-1415 dated-29/08/2023.
