Ranya Faisal Alesh

Ranya Alesh is a senior English Language Lecturer and previously the Quality Programme Manager for Engineering, ICT, Web Media and Visual Design (EDICT) Faculty at Bahrain Polytechnic Faculty. Ranya has been teaching English as a Second Language for the last 25 years in different countries in the Middle East. Her passion has also been teaching languages to young learners and adults, and leave an impact during their life- long learning journey. In her other role in Quality, Ranya has sought ways to assist the Polytechnic in achieving its vision, values, strategic goals, and operational requirements by identifying opportunities to improve academic quality of courses, programmes and qualifications documentation and processes, developing and implementing mechanisms for ensuring the quality and integrity of academic practices, providing input into the development and implementation of academic quality policies, and participating in internal course and programme development and approval committees.
