|Rammya. B - Contributing Author|Dr. B. Rammya is working as an associate professor and IQAC coordinator at VET First Grade College, Bengaluru. She completed her Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Mysore under the domain of finance and has other educational credits like an M.Phil., MBA, ICWA, NET in Commerce, and KSET in Management. She is a gold medalist in BCom and MBA from the University of Madras in 2001 and 2003, respectively. She has a rich experience of 14 years in the academic field and 4 years of working for corporations in different capacities. She has been instrumental in organizing various conferences in the college at the international, national, and state levels and has published many research papers in the UGC Care List, Scopus-indexed journals, and ISBN books. She is also a member of the editorial board of a peer-reviewed journal. She has also represented Bangalore University, Bengaluru City University, and Jain University in BOE as a paper setter and evaluator. Her expertise is in costing, finance, management accounting, human resources management, marketing management, and research methodology, to name a few. She is a passionate educator and believes in the holistic development of self and society at large.
