R. Venkatesan

Venkatesan R. received Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Park College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore and Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Sona College of Technology, Salem. He pursued his Ph.D degree in Hyperspectral Image processing from VIT University, Vellore. He has more than 16 years of experience in teaching. He has more than 30 publications in national and international journals and conferences. His current research includes satellite image processing and neural networks. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in School of Computing, SASTRA University, Thanjavur.
