Purnendu Shekhar Pandey

Dr. Purnendu Shekhar Pandey received his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad India. Currently, he is associated with the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) of G L Bajaj Centre for Research and Incubation, Greater Noida as a General Manager and Electronics & Communication Engineering Department, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, India as an Assistant Professor. He has more than decades of experience in academic research and Innovation. He has published more than 70 high-quality research articles in national and international SCI journals and conferences. He has also authored a textbook titled "Power Line Carrier Communication and Arduino-based Automation", (Research India Publication, 2017). He also worked as a JRF under the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) sponsored project at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, India. He holds 35 patents published and 01 granted patent. He is a member of SPIE and a Senior member of IEEE. He also mentored several startups to scale up. He reviewed several research article in IEEE Sensor Journal, IEEE Access, Plasmonic, etc. His current research interests include optical sensors, nano and biophotonics, photonic and plasmonic devices, as well as Wireless sensor networks, and biomedical engineering.
