About Us

Pulak Kumar Patra

Pulak Kumar Patra is an Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Studies, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan. He has done his M.Sc. (Applied Geology) and PhD from IIT, Bombay. He has also obtained MTech degree from IIT, Kharagpur. Since 2022, he is teaching & doing research in Environment Science at Visva-Bharati. He has published more than 60 research papers and book chapters different aspects of environmental earth science. He is the author and editor of seven books. He has supervised nine PhD students.
