Pretty Bhalla

Pretty Bhalla is a Professor of Marketing at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Punjab. Her research & teaching interests entail areas like organizational culture, stress, retail, workplace romance, happiness, emotional intelligence. She is the recipient of a Red Cross Society scholarship. As a researcher she has published, 25+ research papers and 03 edited books. She has acted as a resource person in many Happittude training programs in schools, colleges, universities, and corporate houses. She has conducted sessions for the University of Saudi Arabia and for Women in Technology, USA corporate House EPI-USE. She has developed a Value Added Course on Happittude and believes the true essence of living is to be happy.
