Preet Kanwal

Preet Kanwal is an academician and researcher with over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Punjab, where she conducted an empirical study on the quality of work life in the textile industry of Punjab. Dr. Kanwal completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the ESG, University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada, furthering her expertise in her field. She has also an international experience of teaching to students of MBA from Victoria University, Australia, and Sunway University, Malaysia. Dr. Kanwal's research interests revolve around the quality of work-life, industrial relations, labour laws, social security and labour welfare, organizational stress, and behaviour, particularly in the context of the textile industry. She has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences and published her work in reputed journals. Additionally, she has authored several book chapters on related topics, underscoring her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field. Her contributions extend beyond teaching and research; she has been actively involved in organizing and leading training sessions, workshops, and conferences, both as a participant and as a session chair.
