Predrag Ljubotina

Predrag Ljubotina is an assistant professor of economics and quantitative research methods with a PhD in management and an entrepreneur and manager with 35 years of experience. Throughout his entrepreneurial career, he gained experience building family businesses in multicultural environments and successfully carried out the process of business internationalization. His primary research is in economic psychology and interpersonal relations in business environments, focusing on family businesses and specifics differentiating them from other companies. He is a detailed scientist and a problem-solver with highly developed analytical and analysis skills. Recently, he has been involved in several research projects, including a multinational project researching entrepreneurial aspirations and career intentions of young graduates through the spectrum of a family business.
