Prateek Sikchi is an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Corporate Governance from National Law University, Jodhpur. He has pursued his LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial laws from National Academy for Legal Studies and Research University of Law, Hyderabad. He has done his B. Com. LL. B (Business Law Hons.) from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad.
