Prabir Chandra Padhy has more than 15 years of experience in teaching research, corporate training, and Industry consultancy. He has published 38 articles in journals of national and international repute. He has organized 3 AICTE-sponsored FDPs and 2 DST-sponsored WEDPs, 3 DST-sponsored FDPs, 2 MDPs, and many more. He provided corporate training in leading industries like Reliance Trends, JSB Technologies, Sysways, etc. He is presently working at VIT Business School, VIT, Vellore. His area of research interest in Entrepreneurship, Organisational Behavior, and HRM.
