Potnuru Rama Krishna Gupta is working as Assistant Professor at GITAM School of Business, GITAM (Deemed to be University) India. His area of research are Strategic HR, wellbeing, organizational change, and industrial psychology. He has published several research manuscripts in ABDC journals and presented his research in National and International conference. He received Emerald Literati Award 2020 for his paper “Employee engagement for millennials: considering technology as an enabler” published in Development and Learning in Organizations: An International Journal.
