Pinar Ozdemir

Pınar Ozdemir holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and currently works as Head of the Culinary Department at Maritime Vocational Higher School. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, management and organization, organizational behavior, leadership, organizational justice, and education in the maritime industry. She has been working in male-dominated schools for many years. She also works as coordinator/manager of the EU projects as an expert in education and research.
