Pierfranco Malizia

Pierfranco Malizia, PhD, is currently Professor of Sociology at the Department of Economical, Political and Modern languages Sciences at the LUMSA University in Rome (IT), visiting professor at the ISCEM in Lisboa (PT) and at the UNISINOS of Porto Alegre (BRA); is also performing many activities of research, conferences and seminars in different countries. Above all, his research is involved in social transformations, theory of culture and complex organizations processes. He published, between others, Interculturalism (Milan, 2005), Communic-a-ctions (Milan, 2006), In the Plural (Milan, 2009), Small Societies (Rome, 2010), Contexts and Dynamics (Soveria Mannelli, 2011), Contemporary Sociology (Milan, 2012), Marcas da Sociedade (Curitiba, 2013), Words and Practices (Milan, 2014), Into the Box (Saarbrücken, 2015), among other books and articles in several scientific review in Italy, Portugal, USA, and Brazil.
