Penny Law

Penny LawPenny Law co-founded Regenesys Business School in 1999 and is the current Dean. Prior to this, Penny worked at the University of Witwatersrand as a lecturer and programme manager, and was the Residence Tutorial Scheme Coordinator at the University of Cape Town. She has a Master's degree in the Psychology of Education from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed her PhD in Spiritual Leadership at the University of Western Cape. She is a director and major shareholder of Regenesys, and contributes to the overall strategic direction of Regenesys and its subsidiaries. As the Dean, Penny provides strategic academic oversight and champions the academic quality throughout the organisation. She is also responsible for business development and has also consulted for many local and international companies with the aim of improving their individual and organisational performance.
