Paulo Rita

Paulo Rita , PhD in Marketing (Cardiff University, UK) and Post-Doc in E-Marketing (University of Nevada Las Vegas, USA), is Full Professor of Marketing at NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS), Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, Portugal. Professor Rita is Director of the Master in Data-driven Marketing and Postgraduate programs in Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Research & CRM, Digital Marketing & Analytics, Data Science for Marketing at NOVA IMS. His scientific research interests and publications are in digital marketing, social media, marketing analytics, consumer behavior and tourism marketing. He has published more than one hundred scientific articles in indexed journals such as in Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Information Management, Tourism Management, Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management.
