Paula Jenkins

Paula Jenkins is a Business School Academic and HR consultant and Learning Designer with 30 years’ experience of developing people in organisations in leadership, people management and personal mastery capability, providing management and leadership development and People Management consultancy in learning design, facilitation and the integration of psychometric profiles into development programmes. She has worked in HR roles nationally and internationally in both the private and public sectors in a variety of strategic positions with a focus on organisation development, providing HR and learning needs analysis, development and facilitation of organisation development programmes, leadership and management programme design and delivery and DiSC® profiling for management development. Her private sector HR experience includes industry giants such as British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd Hong Kong and SMES such as COVE Communities. Her public sector clients through the University of Chichester include The Pensions Regulator and the Education sector. Paula has also worked in the Education sector internationally with the British Council and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and in the UK with Northbrook Further Education College (now Brighton MET) and Bell Education Trust. Paula has Post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Adult Education and is a licensed practitioner of DiSC psychometrics and MBTI. She is a member of the CIPD, The British Academy of Management and The Chartered Management Institute. She is Chief Examiner for the University of Northumbria HRM modules and an External Examiner for HRM at Leeds Beckett University.
