Patricia Bernardes is a master's student in Industrial Engineering with emphasis on Decision Support Systems - Universidade Federal Fluminense. Graduated in Industrial Engineering - Universidade Federal Fluminense (2022). Technical degree in Business - FAETEC (2016). Researcher at LabDGE (Laboratory of Design Thinking, Management, and Industrial Engineering), conducting research in the Lean Healthcare area. Former Researcher at the Study and Research Group in Service Engineering - GEPES/UFF, where conducted research in the area of Knowledge Management applied to Engineering and Service Economics. Interested in Lean Thinking in service management, Quality Management in process optimization and waste reduction, Innovation in industrial services, Decision support systems, and Computational Simulation.
