Pascalinah Morongoenyane Mokhothu

Pascalinah Morongoenyane Mokhothu is a lecturer in the Department of Development Studies at the National University of Lesotho. She is a PhD candidate with the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Her research interest is in policy development and empowerment of vulnerable groups, especially youths, women and the elderly.
