Parween Ebrahim

Parween Ebrahim is a faculty member in the English Language Education Department at the Bahrain Teacher College. She served as the chairperson of English Language Department from 2018-2022. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Princeton University, USA. Dr Ebrahim has taught foundation and bachelor’s degree students at the teachers’ college in addition to supervising pre- and in-service teachers. Her research and teaching interests include bilingual and multi-cultural literacy, World Englishes, teaching writing to ESL students, children’s literature, and teaching English literature to second language learners of English.
