Partha Sarathi Bishnu

Partha Sarathi Bishnu is an esteemed Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India, holding a Ph.D. and M.Tech in Computer Science and a B.E. in Electronics. With over 23 years of teaching experience and 20 years dedicated to research, he has made significant contributions to various domains within Computer Science. His research interests span a wide range, including Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Medical Informatics. Dr. Bishnu has authored numerous publications in prestigious international journals and conferences, focusing on stock market prediction, outlier detection, software engineering, and decision-making processes. Among his contributions are the development of novel algorithms for software fault prediction and hierarchical clustering, as well as his work on identifying promising features for decision-making processes. Additionally, he has organized and convened several workshops and conferences, showcasing his leadership and commitment to academic excellence. Dr. Bishnu is also actively engaged in mentoring doctoral research projects, fostering the growth of the next generation of researchers. His dedication to advancing statistical decision analysis is evident through developing R packages and providing valuable tools for the statistical community.
