Oğuzhan Yelkesen

Oguzhan Yelkesen is a Research Assistant in the Department of Public Finance, Bandirma Onyedi Eylul University. He has a bachelor’s degree (Public Finance) from the Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University and holds a Master’s degree (Public Finance) from the same university. He has been doing his Ph.D. at Hacettepe University and been interested in macroeconomics, financial economics, and fiscal policy.
