Opeyemi Deji-Oloruntoba

Opeyemi Deji-Oloruntoba received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ado-Ekiti Nigeria in 2003 and a Master of Technology from the Federal University of Technology Akure Nigeria with a distinction in Food Science and Technology, Akure Nigeria in 2012. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Smart foods and Drug Biotechnology at Inje University, South Korea. She is a Part-time researcher with the Institute of Antioxidant and Antiaging. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST). Her research interests cut across Smart food solutions, Biotechnology, Antioxidants, and C.elegans models for biomedical research, and diabetic research. She is an ardent advocate for the sustainable development goals
