Omar Durrah is an associate professor and chairperson of management department in the college of commerce and business administration at Dhofar university, Sultanate of Oman. His research interests include human resources, psychology, organizational behavior, leadership styles, and entrepreneurship. Durrah got the National Research Award 2021.
