Olca Surgevil Dalkilic graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She received master degrees in Business Administration/Management & Organization from Dokuz Eylül University and in Psychology/Social Psychology from Ege University. Surgevil Dalkilic, who completed her doctorate studies in Business Administration/Management & Organization at Dokuz Eylül University, was a post-doc visiting researcher at the University of Wisconsin River Falls, College of Business and Economics for two years. Surgevil Dalkilic, a faculty member at Dokuz Eylül University, has specializations in social psychology/industrial and organizational psychology, human resources management, organizational-managerial development and transactional analysis, and has national and international publications and studies on related subjects
