Nur Kulakoğlu Dilek

Nur Kulakoğlu Dilek is a PhD at the Department of Tourism & Hotel Management, Batman University, Batman, Turkey. She completed her master thesis titled “Effectiveness of cultural intelligence through managing cultural differences: A field research on managers of the 'a' class travel agencies” in 2014. PhD thesis titled “An exploratory research on the use and effect of virtual reality technology in tourism sector” which is completed in 2020 at Istanbul University, Department of Tourism Management. In 2014, he started to work as a Research Assistant at Batman University, School of Tourism and Hotel Management, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. Since 2022, she has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism Management at Batman University, Faculty of Tourism, and her main fields of study are tourism psychology, tourism sociology, virtual reality technology and cultural intelligence.
