Nuno Valente

Nuno Valente holds a BSc in Management from ISCAL – Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa and a MSc in Information Systems Management from Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL) (University Institute of Lisbon), Lisbon. Her scientific research interests encompass digital marketing, marketing information systems, customer experience, scrum and agile delivery methodologies, marketing cloud and CRM/C4C knowledge. He is currently working as Senior Business Processes Consultant, specialized in Customer Experience solutions (Marketing and Sales) at SAP.
