Ntokozo Mngadi

Ntokozo Mngadi holds a Master of Commerce (Leadership Studies) and is a PhD student at the Graduate School of Business and Leadership (UKZN). She lectures Part Time in Management Studies, Project Management, Strategic Leadership and is Freelancing as a Workshop Facilitator, on various management topics for NPOs. Her research interests are in Strategy-as-a-practice and Strategic Leadership. She has over 10 years experience in the Higher Education Sector as an Academic Manager. She reviews articles and book chapters from the International Journal of Learning, Teaching and Educational Research and the IGI Global Publisher.
