Noluthando Shirley Matsiliza

Noluthando Shirley Matsiliza is a Professor of Public Administration at Fort Hare University. Her research interests include Public Policy Implementation, Governance, leadership Monitoring and Evaluation and Development Management. She is involved in teaching, research conduct, and postgraduate supervision at UFH. Prof Matsiliza has published from international and National journals focusing on multidisciplinary research issues and edited a book. She is also mentoring students and staff in their areas of specialisation. Noluthando is an assistant Editor of the Journal of Local Government Research and Innovation. She is a member of the South African Association in Public Administration and Management and the Association of Schools and Departments in Public Administration and Management.
