Nithya Ramachandran

Nithya RamachandranNithya Ramachandran is a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Studies at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (Ibra), Sultanate of Oman. She is a Commerce & Management graduate, holding PhD (2011) in Commerce from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. She is an accomplished academician with over 18 years of teaching and research experience in the areas of accounting, finance and entrepreneurship. She is a speaker in national and international conferences, an author for several publications and a faculty mentor for research projects. She has been a part of the core research team of Global Research 2020 on ‘Organisational Excellence Framework 2020’. She strongly believes that education can bring socioeconomic change in every human. Keeping this in mind, her guidance to students enhances their academic and technical competence. She is a coordinator for the Quality and Operational Research (QOR) Newsletter, USA. Through her commitment to her research, she gained the position of the Research and Consultancy Committee Coordinator at her affiliated university.
