Nilgün Demirel III

Nilgün Demirel IIINilgün Demirelİli graduated from tourist guiding with a bachelor's degree and has master's degree in tourism management at Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University. She has PhD degree in tourism management in the same university in 2019. Her research areas include tourism marketing, sustainable tourism, customer relations and complaint management as well as tourist guiding. She continues to work on articles and book chapters and conference presentations in national and international fields.
