Nikolay Todorov Dolchinkov

Nikolay Todorov Dolchinkov is a graduate of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Kyiv. He obtained a doctorate degree at the Vasil Levski National Military University. He works as a teacher at the National Military University - associate professor in the Department of "Protection of the Population and Infrastructure" of the Faculty of "Security and Defense". Since the beginning of his academic career, his scientific interests have been closely related to radiation safety, nuclear power, electromagnetic radiation, physics and space exploration. He participated in projects with academic and national funding, including being the head of 2 projects financed by the "Scientific Research" Fund in Bulgaria. He is an active member of the editorial board of 5 international scientific publications and the chairman of the organizing committees of 2 conferences "Radiation safety in the modern world" and "Near Space - a common goal". Member of the Management Board of the Union of Physicists in Bulgaria, the Expert Commission at the Nuclear Regulatory Agency for cooperation with JINR and others.
