Nikita Singh

Nikita Singh is a lecturer at the Graduate School of Business and Leadership at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management and a Masters and Doctorate in Leadership Studies supplemented by an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminology. Her research, teaching, consulting and supervisory areas include that of Leadership and Followership Studies, Systems Thinking, Qualitative Research Methodology, Strategic Management and Sustainability.
