Nazli Ece Bulgur

Nazlı Ece Bulgur received a BA in Economics from Yıldız Technical University, Türkiye (2019), and completed her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management of the Business Administration Department from Yıldız Technical University, Türkiye (2021). She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behaviour at Yıldız Technical University. Her research interests include career management, career sustainability, kaleidoscope career, network behaviors, and generational studies. She is currently involved in two international projects and has 26 publications (a total of congress participations and articles).
