Nathália Castro da Silva

Nathália Castro da Silva holds a Master's degree in Criminology from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. She has a Postgraduate in Criminal Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Law. She is a Brazilian and Portuguese lawyer. She is a member of the International Association of Portuguese Language Criminology. She has carried out research with migrant women victims of crime and their processes of interaction with criminal police agencies. Her research interests include victimological research using qualitative methodologies, the study of victimised migrant women, the phenomenon of secondary victimisation, intersectional perspectives on data analysis and the development of Narrative Victimology.
