Namrita Kalia is a doctorate in Human Resource Management from Central University of Himachal Pradesh and is an ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) doctoral fellowship holder Her areas of interest include strategic HRM, employee engagement, organizational culture and organizational behavior.
