N. Sneha

N. Sneha is an Assistant Professor (UGC NET Qualified). Secured first class with distinction in her Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration, Christ University, Bengaluru. She was awarded a doctorate in Tourism Management, Madurai Kamaraj University. She is currently working in the Department of Professional Management Studies, Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous, Bengaluru with 12+ experience. She has served in several leadership roles in her previous institutions, such as the Head of the Department. She worked with leading corporate companies in the travel domain before starting her academic journey. With her academic and industrial experience, she has widely participated and published in various national and international seminars. She is a frequent invitee as a Resource Person for scholarly talks and panel discussions. Her research interests involve topics in the domain of social media, customer relationship management, tourism, hospitality, and marketing.
