N. Ramakrishnan

Dr Ramakrishnan N is a Professor and Head of Lean Operations and Systems specialization at the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. He has 34 years of experience which includes 23 years in senior roles including Global Head responsibilities in leading IT organizations and 11 years in full-time roles in academia. His PhD is in the area of software engineering, and has an M.S. in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, after an Engineering degree and a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration. He has certification in ‘Global Business Leadership’ from U21 Global, Singapore and Harvard Business School Publishing, and is a certified Internal Quality Auditor.
