N. Chandrika

Chandrika N. has 16 + progressive experience in academics, administration and research. Currently working as Professor in CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. She has completed Doctor of philosophy (PhD) in 2014 and have published more than 25 research papers in reputable national and international Journals. She has organised numerous programmes at the national and international levels under the sponsorship of different financial institutions and financing agencies like AICTE, DST- IMAT, MCX, ICPR and NCW, New Delhi. She Conducted an International conference on the topic of “Glass ceiling: Issues and challenges in Women career development in educational institutions” that was sponsored by AICTE, New Delhi, for the 2020–21 academic year.
