Mykola Mykolayovych Bilan

Mykola Mykolayovych Bilan was born on June 27, 1961 in Kazatin, Vinnytsia region, Ukraine. In 1983 he graduated with honors from the Vinnitsa Polytechnic Institute and has a specialty Automation and Remote Control. Until 1994, he worked as a production master in the final assembly shop at the Tashkent Aviation Production Association. V.P. Chkalov. In 1989 he was the best master of the Association. From 1994 to 2015, he worked at the Radio and Television Center (Moldova Republic of) as an engineer and the head of the dispatch service. Currently, he work as an informatics and physics teacher in a secondary school in the village of Mayak, Moldova Republic of. He has many inventions, publications and patents in the field of cryptography, steganography and computer technology.
